Food is ok but the wait staff is great.
Really good service when I was there. It was early for dinner, so all our food came out within 10 minutes and our waiter gave me a refill every few minutes. Decent wings. Meh ultimate nachos. I prefer the local wings place, but this is nice if you want to eat in a nicer location.
One of the worst experiences ever. You walk in and immediately see trash scattered on the floor. For some reason, the restaurant was incredibly drafty: This was the best Bdubs in Antarctica apparently. It was somewhat busy when we went, so I can forgive the lack of cleanliness I suppose, but the service was inexcusably bad. Once we finally got our order in our server returned one time to refill our drinks throughout our meal. We asked not once, not twice, but 6 times... 6 TIMES to simply change a game on one of the televisions. They never did. Our server was rude and acted as if refilling drinks and taking our order was a chore.
Leave extra time if ordering for pickup. Have tried this twice, ordering on line. Both times the orders are not ready for pickup or incorrect. Frustrating.
The worst .60 boneless wing experience. Our waitress didn't bring any utensils and only showed up to our table two times. One to get our drink/food order than once more to drop off the checks. My food came out cold. I did not request for new wings because I was not about to wait another 45 min. Very disapointed.
I've been to many bdubs and I usually have good experiences. I've NEVER had a worst dining experience than this bdubs. If you love to dine in trash, arctic cold, and have a wait staff that acts like changing a TV station is one of Hercules' 12 labors then this might be the place for you.
