I had been in physical therapy for problems with one of my hips and was getting nowhere. After one session with Becky for trigger point release therapy I have made a dramatic improvement. I wish I had done this sooner!
My therapist listened to my needs and did a great job massaging my upper body, as I was having a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders. She recommended some stretches to do, as well. It was a calm and inviting atmosphere.
