Massage Envy is generally a good place. And this one is good as well. My only issue is that, I travel for business and have been a massage envy client for around 8 years. Of all the massage envy's I've ever been to, this one is the most difficult to get an appt. scheduled. I am happy for the owners that this one is so busy, but part of the draw I believe of this sort of franchise is that you can schedule 1-2 days out. When you take that away, at least for me, it really pushes my interest in patronizing this open to the limit. It would kind of be like if every time you went to the grocery store you knew you were going to have to wait in line 20 minutes--- you prob still go, but you wold prob start looking for a grocery store with shorter lines.... ok im done
I have been a massage envy goer for 4 years now at this site- I have had many great therapists who give all types of massages- there really is a therapist for everyone here whether it be deep tissue work or light and relaxing. The front desk staff is always welcoming, addresses me by name and seem very genuine in making sure my experience there EVERY time is good. When I have had issues, my concerns have been taken seriously and I felt listened to and appreciated.

Very poor customer service and manager Kyle is very rude on phone to point I cancelled my membership to rude and unprofessional behaviour of Manager. Also had facial here and severe redness and swollen.
I went there for a facial and got an extraction. But I don't think the person got trained to do extraction in that way even she's licensed. My face got redness for days and it's still not recovered.My skin got really damaged from this facial and I would highly recommend those who want to go there for a extraction not to go.
I got a gift certificate when I came here. It was a nice relaxing visit. It is on the pricey side but it is worth it when you want a good relaxing evening. They played peaceful music and the room had warm colors.
