We fly out of this airport 12-18 times a year. Very convenient for us! we generally connect through Dallas or Chicago (hate Chicago!) Rarely have a problem with baggage or connections. The only constructive criticism is provide free parking!! and move the taxis into the rental car pick up area!
My parents fly out of here all the time, and 80% of the time their flights are delayed or cancelled. They've spent multiple days in the Chicago airport waiting to get on flights to CMI after their flights were cancelled. Its absolutely shameful how unreliable this airport is.
their system upgraded so they couldn't print boarding pass in 30 mins
